Employee Referrals
Help us build the IdentityMine team by referring great candidates for permanent or contract employment!

We will award $1000.00 for referrals of WPF DevelopersDesigners and $500.00 for all other positions.

To be eligible:

• The candidate must not be in our recruiting database.
• The candidate must be hired by IdentityMIne as an internal employee or as a consultant in our contingent staffing workforce.
• The candidate must be employed a minimum of 90 days.

Distribution of the referral fee will take place after the candidate has been working 90 days. Please send your employee referrals to recruiting@identitymine.com

Business Referrals
Have you heard of an opportunity for a new staffing or project at an existing or potential new client? Send us the information and you could be eligible for a referral bonus!

We will award $500.00 for sales leads that result in new business. The lead can be as simple as a manager’s name and possible technical positions that may be open.

To be eligible:

• The lead must not be in our sales database.
• The lead must result in a new business that accrues at least 90 days of billings.
• Distribution of the referral fee will take place after the business has generated 90 days of billings.
• Final determination of credit will be upon HR’s recommendation.
